Terms and Conditions
Every Service is by appointment only. Please be in time so that you not interfere with our following appointments. To avoid overlapping of prebooked services we might shorten the service time of guests who have been late with no refund.
If you miss an appointment please let us know minimum 2 hours before. Missing appointments without calling in we charge with 50% of the booked prices, minimum however 60,00 € including Vat.
All standard services are for one or two Guests only. Please specify at booking.
Prices are per guest if nothing else is specified.
All Services include fresh bathrobe, slippers and a big towel.
We serve some non alcoholic drinks like Tea, Coffee, Mineral Water, Juices. If you like to celebrate a private event you can bring your own drinks like Champagne or Wine for consuming after the treatment or service with no problem. Please ask for details.
Please don't drink alcohol before any treatment or service, otherwise we can not serve you. If this happens we charge you with the price of a missed appointment, 50% of the booked prices, minimum however 60,00 € including Vat.
We are a non smokers Spa and animals are not allowed besides Guide Dogs.
We preferably don't take cash. Only EC-Cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay or prepayment through our booking system.
Please be advised, that we can not accommodate late comers. If you think you might be running late, call us in advance so we can arrange possible solutions. Prepaid missed appointments will not be refunded.

Preparation of your Massage experiences
Tell us in advance what kind of music and atmosphere you like. We try to follow your ideas within the limits of our space. We have full control about light and sound and hope you never forget your adventures with us.
For all types of massage there apply some rules
The client should be healthy. The Client has to fill in a form that we provide for download or by email. In this form the client is asked about different medications and and illnesses. This should ensure that the massage does not damage e.g. known broken bones, weak tissue, allergic skin and much more. Its for both sides to ensure a good experience.
An other document that has to be signed is a Data Regulations Statement because we have to keep record about our clients because of tax purposes and health documentation. We guarantee that we keep these records confidential and under no circumstances the data will be provided to 3rd parties.
All massages are made on appointment only
For new clients payment has to be made in advance because we reserve time and space for our clients and we like to prepare the Spa according to the clients wishes.
This may differ for regular clients in Standard Thai Massages.
We do not provide sexual services.
Forms
To prepare a massage and to ensure a healthy and enjoying treatment you have to answer several questions about your body conditions. Please download the information restrictions in place to protect your health and well-being. There is no massage if the forms are not filled in and personally signed before the session starts.
