Ginger is a medicinal plant that contains many nutrients such as vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin C, protein, calcium, sodium, phosphorus, potassium, iron and magnesium. Ginger contains substances that help reduce bacteria and help to reduce the risk of acne inflammation, and the risk of getting dark spots that come from acne as well. Are Fruit and Vegetable Masks and Scrubs good for us?

Our fruit and vegetable consumption can decrease with age. If we eat too much fruit, it can reduce our body's metabolism.
