If you frequently cancel or rebook at short notice, you will be asked to pay in advance in the booking system. Bookings canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment will not be refunded if paid in advance. This policy is to assist our scheduling and staff at Robyn's Spa.

Preparation of your Massage experiences
For all types of massage there apply some rules
The client should be healthy. The Client has to fill in a form that we provide for download or by email. In this form the client is asked about different medications and and illnesses. This should ensure that the massage does not damage e.g. known broken bones, weak tissue, allergic skin and much more. Its for both sides to ensure a good experience.
An other document that has to be signed is a Data Regulations Statement because we have to keep record about our clients because of tax purposes and health documentation. We guarantee that we keep these records confidential and under no circumstances the data will be provided to 3rd parties.
All massages are made on appointment only
For new clients payment may have to be made in advance. This may differ for regular clients.
