The most important information is that, according to current knowledge, flu and corona viruses cannot be transmitted via bath water. This means that there is no increased risk of infection in the swimming pool; the same precautionary measures apply as are indicated in all other public buildings.
Visiting our spa is only possible alone or accompanied by people from your household. Youngsters under the age of 14 cannot use Robyn's Spa. You can choose to use them in swimwear or undressed.
The most important measures for the individual prevention of a virus infection are a cough and sneeze label and thorough hand hygiene. Please cough and sneeze into the crook of your arm whenever possible and wash your hands frequently and thoroughly. Please take a shower before the bath and wash yourself thoroughly with soap / shower gel.
For precautionary reasons, we have stepped up our cleaning and disinfection measures and planned an additional wiping disinfection of handles and door handles. General:
Persons who are or have been in contact with a person infected with SARS-CoV-2, if it has not been 14 days since the last contact, or who have symptoms of a respiratory infection or elevated temperature, are not allowed to enter the wellness area.
At the entrance to Robyn's Spa and in all areas there are hand-held disinfectant dispensers that you can use at any time. Ensure that the minimum distance of 1.5 m is observed in the entire area. This does not apply to people from the same household.
The sanitary rooms, handle surfaces such as handrails, door handles etc. are cleaned several times a day between all customer visits.
In the wellness area you will receive bath and sauna towels.
Distance rules cannot be observed because you are in Robyn's Spa with your partner, partner, etc.
The seating and lying surfaces are to be covered so that there is no skin contact with the sitting or lying surfaces
Infusions and whirling of air are not permitted, and no salt peels may be offered
Areas and objects outside the steam saunas, in particular seating, hand contact areas, grab handles, fittings, as well as sanitary and relaxation rooms and lying areas are regularly cleaned and disinfected by our employees
Steam baths may not currently be operated. Therefore, steam generation is unfortunately switched off while visiting the steam shower
The relaxation rooms are cleaned and disinfected daily
In the rest and recreation rooms, permanent ventilation is ensured
Wellness lounge:
Water and tea are available throughout the visit.
All assembled hand disinfection dispensers are available to you, as well as wiping disinfectants and disposable wipes for your own disinfection. Unfortunately we are not allowed to offer food or fruit in the wellness area.
In order to provide you and our employees with the best possible protection, we have further adapted our already very high hygiene measures.
The most important points:
- Appointments must be made in advance by phone or email.
- Terry towels are of course changed after each guest and the lounger is thoroughly disinfected and re-covered.
- We plan up to 60 minutes of extra working time for our employees after each customer visit, so that there is enough time to clean everything thoroughly and prepare it perfectly for the guest.
We must not treat you if you have symptoms of a respiratory infection or elevated temperature and / or have been or have been in contact with a person infected with SARS-CoV-2 within the past 14 days.
Our employees always wear mouth-nose covers and disposable gloves if necessary.
Please let us know any special requests / information when booking to reduce the necessary communication.
Whenever possible, we keep a distance of at least 1.5 m.
When entering Robyn's Spa, please wear a nose and throat covering.
This can be removed for facials and when lying on the stomach.
For facials, our employees wear KN95 / FFP2 masks and, if necessary, a face shield to protect you and yourself.
